Hosted Stemmory reads your docs (markdown) and your work metadata — issues, PR titles and bodies, commit messages. What it stores is what it parses from them — titles, frontmatter, short excerpts and the decisions you record — not your source code. Deep code understanding happens only on your machine, run by your own agent.
- 1. Import capacity scales with repo size, not just count: we map at most 500 documents per repo on every plan. Re-running an import on a project you've already imported also uses one of your monthly imports. A project connected to a repo and a Linear team, both at our import limits (hundreds of documents, thousands of commits and issues), can cost more AI budget than Operator grants for a whole month in a single import — roughly a third of Portfolio's, and more than the 14-day trial's — so it can be refused partway, or leave nothing for your next import that cycle. Those limits are per repo and per team, so a project connected to more of either can cost even more. Once imported, keeping a project in sync never counts against your imports. Each import produces a proposed map you review and confirm before anything enters your graph.

Paddle handles the billing
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our authorised reseller and the Merchant of Record for every order. They take the payment, issue the invoice, and calculate and remit any sales tax or VAT owed where you are. Your receipt comes from them and names them as the seller.
Cancel from inside the app
One click on your subscription page. No email, no support ticket. Your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. You can undo a pending cancellation any time before it takes effect.
Stopping never deletes anything
If a subscription lapses or you cancel, the workspace goes read-only: the graph, the decisions and the agent journal are all still there and still readable. Sync stops, nothing is removed, and paying again turns it straight back on.
Refunds, and price changes
A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Renewals aren't covered, because cancelling takes one click at any point in the term. If we ever change the price, anyone already subscribed keeps theirs — and we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a renewal on new terms.
